KOCHI: The Kerala High Court granted permission to the students of Arooja School in Thoppumpady to write the CBSE tenth class exam. The court permitted them to write the remaining three exams under conditions.
Accordingly, the students can write the three exams to be held on March 4, 14 and 18. The court said that even if the exam is written, it will be subject to the final settlement of the case. Meantime, CBSE authorities informed the court that the school in Thoppumpady has no basic infrastructure required.
However, the court issued an interim judgment after understanding the condition of the students.
