Sreekanth Murali needs no introduction among Malayalis. He is known for his direction as well as acting. Known for his character roles in hit movies in the likes of 'Thondimuthalum Driksakshyum', 'Forensic', 'Kakshi Ammini Pilla' and through the movie 'Aby', he proved his directorial credentials as well.

Not only Sreekanth, but his wife Sangeetha is also well-known. She is a singer and has crooned hit songs like 'Theliveyilazhakum' in 'Mahesinte Prathikaram' and 'Paripparakku Kili' in 'Aby'. The couple has together appeared for an interview in Kaumudy TV's show 'Tharappakittu'. Among the many things, Sreekanth spoke about the age difference between him and his better half.

"Ours was a love marriage. We have had a big age difference. The decision to live together was taken mutually. When we told this to our parents, the agreed happily", Sreekanth said.

Sreekanth said he met Sangeetha at a show. "Sangeetha told her parents about our relationship. Following this, her father talked to my father", Sreekanth added.

"Are you romantic?" asked Jayanthi Narendran-the anchor of the show and Sreekanth was quick with his response-"Of course, we are a romantic couple".
