Alappuzha: Two foreigners who were admitted to the Alappuzha Medical College escaped without informing the officials on Friday. The two have been identified as UK natives Alexander (28) and Elisa (25).

The couple, who came to Kerala via Doha, was suffering from fever and the doctors advised them to stay in the isolation ward at Alappuzha Government Medical College. But, apparently, they weren't ready to oblige. However, despite having symptoms, they are yet to get confirmed for COVID 19.
