PATHANAMTHITTA: Eight people who were under observation in the district have been tested negative for coronavirus. Two more have been isolated in the district. One-month-old-baby admitted at the isolation ward has been tested negative. So far 22 have been confirmed of the virus in the state. Three of them have been cured of the disease. Meantime, district health officer said care is needed.

Nine tested positive of the virus are residents of Pathanamthitta. Two are natives of Chengalam in Kottayam and one is from Thrissur. Three from Italy undergoing treatment at Kalamassery Medical College and a native of Kannur from Dubai were tested positive. Almost 5469 are under observation in hospitals and homes in the state.
