IDUKKI: As violating curfew has become a regular occurrence in Munnar, a complete lockdown has been declared in Munnar. All shops will remain closed for seven days. People are advised to buy essentials before 2 pm on Thursday.

Only petrol stations and medical shops will open. If children venture out, case will be registered against parents.
