THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister A C Moideen has said that the decision on giving lockdown relaxation to Kerala will be taken on Wednesday.
“We will see whether more relaxation can be given in transporting farm products to markets. Now itself, there are some concessions given,” he said.
The minister, meanwhile, said that in the Sprinkler issue, the Opposition was trying to create unnecessary controversy.
“In this case, the local administration has done nothing. It is the health department that is preserving the data. There is no secret deals in this. Fake campaign will decelerate the activities related to Covid prevention,” the minister said.
Meanwhile, IT department secretary M Sivashankar has said the department will not hand over the personal details of Covid patients and suspects to anyone and all precautionary measures have been taken to ensure this. The government will have the complete right over it and this has also been clarified in the customization contract.
The Opposition had alleged that uploading the details of Covid affected on American company Springler’s website will lead to data leak and there was corruption behind this attempt.
