THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: On May 21, the KSEB will resume metre reading that was stopped soon after the announcement of lockdown.

This was informed by the board but cash counters will open only after the lockdown ends.

The KSEB also announced on its Facebook page that the consumers can pay electric charges without fine till May 3.
