THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Four persons have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Kerala on Saturday, Health Minister KK Shailaja said. Out of the 4 persons, 3 are from Kannur while one is from Kozhikode district.

The minister added that 3 out of the 4 persons who tested positive for the virus have recently returned from Dubai. The other person contracted the disease through contact. Meanwhile, two persons from Kasargod district have tested negative on Saturday. While a total of 257 persons have recovered from the disease, 140 persons are currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the state.
