ERNAKULAM: Quick Doctor company has come out with explanation on the Telemedicine controversy raised by the State government. The Quick Doctor company has clarified that the company is working with the government and it has no link with Sprinklr. Whatever it did to help the government is now leading to the destruction of start-ups in Kerala.
“Ours is a company started in a small enterprise and we don’t have the capacity to bear the brunt of such controversies. We are not storing the data of patients. The storing of data takes place in government servers and we don’t have the capacity to install server. However, we shall continue our service to the government as long as it is satisfied with our work. We have been giving service free of cost and we have nothing to hide in this case. Till date we have gone through the right path. Many including Indian Medical Association have expressed their interest in our App," it explained.
It was V D Satheeshan MLA, who had come out against Telemedicine scheme, saying that Quick Doctor company is Sprinklr’s benami.
