lockdown

KASARGOD: The lockdown in Kasaragod’s hotspots will continue even after May 3, when nation-wide lockdown is to end. Considering the existing circumstances, the health department is planning not to give any relaxation for hotspots in Kasargod during the Triple lock.

Though the Corona curve flattens in Kerala, hotspots in Kasaragod district will continue to have that status even after May 3. The 11 hotspots in the district are Kasargod, Kanhangad corporations and panchayats such as Ajanur, Uduma, Chemmanur, Cherkala, Madhur, Mogral Puthur, Paivalike, Badiyadukka and Muliyar panchayats.

Here there are double lock and triple lock areas of the police. Triple lock will be implemented in seven police stations.
