THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that the cash counters of Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) that was closed due to COVID-19 lockdown will start functioning from May 4. In order to avoid rush, some restrictions have been made on the basis of consumer numbers.

The CM during Thursday's press meet also urged the consumers to make use of the online facility to pay electricity bills, thereby avoiding a visit to the counters.
