THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Nearly thirty Keralites stopped by the Tamil Nadu police at Kaliyikkavilai check post have been allowed entry. They were stopped at the check post for not having a pass issued by Tamil Nadu. Though they showed the pass of NORKA, the police denied permission to enter the state. Reports say though they have been allowed entry, confusion still persists there. The Tamil Nadu police had earlier asserted that if Nagercoil collector approves after holding talks with Thiruvananthapuram collector, they will be allowed to cross the border. Nearly thirty Keralites in fifteen vehicles from Kanyakumari, Nagercoil and Thovala areas left for Kerala.
