THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Finance Minister Thomas Isaac has said that lottery distribution in Kerala will resume on May 18.

“Following the lockdown, lottery sale has been in deep crisis. In the initial phase, agents will be given 100 tickets each as loan. They need to make payments only after selling out tickets,” the minister clarified.
