THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the wake of increasing COVID-19 cases in the state in recent days, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has warned that the state must maintain high alert to contain the spread of the virus. While reminding that the process of containing the virus is not an easy task, the CM warned that things can go out of control due to small lapses in restrictions.
People must remember that they might have to face unexpected danger by violating the lockdown restrictions. "I am forced to repeat this again and again as people must be aware of the dangers that can be caused due to violation of lockdown restrictions. So far we have been able to detect the infection at the earliest and provide proper treatment. With many people returning to the state, we are working on ensuring their safety," he said during the press meet.
