THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The valuation of SSLC and higher secondary exam papers will begin from June 1 in the state. A decision on re-opening of schools will be taken after getting a directive from the centre. Online classes will begin from June 1st onwards. The online classes will be from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
The decision was taken at the meet convened by the director general of education. The SSLC and Plus two exams which were postponed due to the lockdown got over yesterday. Other arrangements will be made for those who cannot attend the online classes. Teachers must ensure that the students are attending the online classes. Children who cannot attend online classes from their homes can depend a nearby college or a library.
