THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State government has given permission for inter-district service of buses from Tuesday. The service will be allowed with restrictions.

Social distancing rules will be followed inside buses and the bus fare will be hiked by 50 pc. Though the Centre has permitted inter-State service, Kerala has not yet given permission for it.

As of now, the decision is to reopen hotels with some restrictions. In the review meeting held on Monday morning, it was decided to reopen religious centres only after holding a discussion with religious leaders.

The above important decisions were made in the review committee meeting held to discuss relaxations to be given during Lockdown 5.

Permission will be given for reopening hotels with some conditions. The meeting will be resumed after 3 pm.
