THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) has announced that as many as 130,000 laptops, 7,000 projectors and 4,545 televisions are to be distributed to help those who do not have access to online classes under the First Bell program. A circular regarding this has been issued by KITE.
In the case of those students who are unable to access online classes, the headmasters must arrange a place to screen the online classes. While one laptop can be used by four students, more laptops, projectors and televisions will be provided to serve more number of students. The number of available IT gadgets in each school will be provided in the Hi-Tech School portal.
