KOLLAM: A sixth standard student was found dead in her house here. Amina, daughter of Mohammed Kunj of Panakkal in Prakkulam was found hanging inside the house. The police have initiated a probe into the incident.

The child's mother and grandfather have alleged mystery in death. The grandfather alleges the involvement of ganja mafia. He said the child's father has connections with drug users and they used to frequent at the house. The local residents also said that ganja mafia has a strong presence in the area.
