KOTTAYAM: A youth who completed quarantine in Kottayam died hours after obtaining a quarantine certificate. The deceased has been identified as Peroor native Tini Sebastian (32). He was an IT professional who had returned from Delhi.

It is learnt that Tini suffered from a heart attack. According to sources, he collapsed on Monday afternoon while returning from Ettumanoor Primary Health Centre after obtaining a quarantine certificate. Swab sample has been collected from his body to test for COVID-19.
