Nikhil Renji Panicker, actor and son of Renji Panicker got hitched to Mekha Sreekumar, daughter of Sreekumar Pillai and Maya Sreekumar of Chenganoor. The marriage was held at the Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple in Pathanamthitta. Nikhil was the executive producer of Kasaba, White and Thoppil Joppan. He had made some ad films also.

Nikhil had played the youth of Hyderali in the film directed by Kiran G Nath based on the biopic of Kalamandalam Hyderali. Ranji Panicker portrays the renowned Hyderali. Nikhil is the twin brother of Nithin who directed Mammootty’s Kasaba
