THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: With 89 COVID patients testing negative on Thursday, the number of recovered patients in Kerala has surpassed the number of active cases. At present, 1358 persons are undergoing treatment for COVID-19 in the state. Meanwhile, 1413 persons have tested negative for the virus.

Kerala reported 97 positive cases on Thursday. Of these 65 persons had returned from abroad while 29 had returned from various states. Three persons contracted the disease through contact.
