THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala came forward with yet another allegation against the government in Pricewater Cooper controversy. Pricewater Cooper is planning to open an office in the Secretariat and the finance department has already given permission for it, alleged Chennithala at the press meet convened. The office is being opened in the name of ‘Backdoor’. Transport Minister has to just sign it, criticised Chennithala.

The chief minister had the other day mentioned about the MoU with HESS. He said the MoU has not been signed. But on HESS’ website, it shows that the MoU was signed on June 29, 2019. In short, the business is first established and then appoint a consultancy, this is what is happening here, he said. The chief Minister despite opposition from the finance minister and officials, intervened in it directly and gave the consultancy.
