THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state president K Surendran has said it is CPM which is protecting Swapna Suresh whom the Customs has been trying to track down in connection with a gold smuggling case.

“Kerala police know where she is. It is the CPM which has helped Swapna send her audio clip to a channel from her hideout.

What Swapna Suresh is doing now is to help the government and the chief minister stand unaffected by the controversy.

Through sending the clip, she has exposed her-give-and take policy.

The person, who is being searched by the Customs, is sitting in her hideout and diverting the inquiry.
The details of the people who are helping her now also should come out,” Surendran said.
