THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 20 new hotspots were declared in the state on Monday.
List of new hotspots:
Thrissur-Thrikkur (containment zone ward 7,8,12,13), Poomangalam (2,3), Vallathol Nagar (10), Varavoor (10,11,12), Choondal (5,6,7,8), Panjal (12,13)
Kollam-Karavaloor (all wards), Panayam (all wards), Kottarakkara Municipality (all wards), Chadayamangalam (all wards)
Kottayam-Changanassery Municipality (31,33), Kanjirappally (18), Kottayam Municipality (46)
Ernakulam-Kalady (8), Kumbalam (2)
Thiruvananthapuram-Kollayil (9), Nellanad (7)
Kannur-Eramam-Kuttoor (11)
Wayanad-Padinjarethara (1,16)
Idukki-Nedumkandam (3)
Annamanada ( ward 7,8) in Thrissur was removed from the list of hotspots on Monday. Currently, there are 337 hotspots in the state.
Kerala confirmed 794 cases of COVID-19 on Monday. 245 persons recovered from the disease. There are 7611 active cases in the state while 5618 persons recovered from the disease.
