THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Students who came to appear for KEAM exam at Pattom St. Mary's School are not culprits, CM Vijayan said. The authorities should have made arrangements for the exam, he added. Will check the cases registered against students, the CM said.

Thiruvananthapuram Medical College police had registered cases against students who appeared for the KEAM examination for violating COVID guidelines and protocol. The police had earlier registered cases against about 600 parents that accompanied students for not maintaining social distance. The action was taken after students that appeared for KEAM exam in Thiruvananthapuram tested positive for COVID-19.
