KOCHI: The Kerala High Court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Rehana Fathima, a former employee of BSNL, in the case of circulating via social media a video allowing her children to draw pictures on her semi-nude body. A POCSO case was also registered against her.

She argued that it was an expression of art and at the same time aimed to circulate her ideas through visuals and that the allegation of using her child for inappropriate action is incorrect. The court vocally said people doing such acts may think that it is not wrong but there are people in the society who think otherwise.

Offer faith in ideology and can also teach children. However, by posting such visuals in the social media will change the event, the court mentioned. The government argued that the mother forced the children for such an act and she should be questioned in custody.
