KOZHIKODE: Transport minister AK Saseendran has said that KSRTC will start services to Bengaluru and Mysuru during Onam. The services would be from Kozhikode, Palakkad, Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram. The journey will cost an additional 10 percent fee, he said.
Tickets will be sold online. Passengers should register in COVID Jagratha portal. Reservations will start from today. Passengers should download the Aarogya Setu App, AK Saseendran added.
KSRTC stopped long distance services due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Though there were plans to resume services, it was abandoned due to the oppositon from the health department.
