THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: M Sivasankar, former principal secretary to the chief minister, is a betrayer, said Minister G Sudhakaran. The chief minister has not done any mistake knowingly. Pinarayi is not constitutionally liable for crimes committed unknowingly and the stink had reached only Sivasankar, he said.
‘What happened was a crime committed by others as part of the administration. Pinarayi is not constitutionally liable for crimes committed unknowingly.
