THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As many as 464 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Thiruvananthapuram district on Saturday. Among these, 450 persons contracted the disease through contact. Meanwhile, 290 patients tested negative for the virus on Saturday.

As per the state government's COVID dashboard, the number of active cases in the district is nearly 5500. So far, the capital district has recorded around 12,000 COVID cases.
