THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister AC Moidheen has sought an explanation from UV Jose, the CEO of Life Mission, in connection with Vadakkancherry Life Mission flat controversy. This comes at a time when the Kerala Assembly is scheduled to meet on Monday. The IAS officer was also asked to report all documents which are linked with the deal.

The government signed a deal with the UAE based Red Crescent to construct a flat that includes 140 units and spread over 2.17 acres. According to the government, a deal was agreed with Red Crescent as there were legal hindrances to accept financial aid from the UAE.

However, documents surfaced which proved the deal was signed between UAE consulate and Unitac.
