WAYANAD: Close on the heels of Secretariat fire, there was a minor fire incident at Social Welfare department’s district office in Wayanad on Wednesday.

The fire force units have reached the place and attempts are going on to douse the fire.

According to reports, computer and the cupboard in which many files were kept got gutted in the fire. The primary inference is that short circuit was the reason for the fire.
