THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday has said that a comprehensive probe will be conducted into the murder of two DYFI activists at Venjaramoodu.
He said that an investigation will be carried out to find out the real culprits behind the heinous crime.
“Police have been directed to carry out a comprehensive probe so that the real conspirators and killers could be brought to book. The reason behind the murder will be investigated and all behind the crime will be arrested,” he said.
DYFI men Huq Muhammad (24) and Mithilraj (30) were killed at Venjaramoodu at around 11:30 pm on Sunday.
Thiruvananthapuram Rural SP said that the political rivalry was the reason behind the murder. The police have also seized the bike on which the accused came to the crime spot.
