THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Congress MP Adoor Prakash has alleged that the CPM also had role in the twin murder at Venjaramoodu. He also raised allegation against DYFI State secretary A A Rahim.

“Those who got arrested also have CPM connection and it is the Rural SP who is ruling the Venjaramoodu station. Rahim had given instruction to the police on the action to be taken.
The CPM is making a planned move against me. Let the government order a CBI probe into the incident. On the day of the murder A A Rahim reached the police station past midnight.

He said he was not justifying the Congress workers and whoever had done the crime should be punished. The truth should come out.

However, Adoor Prakash added that he was firm on his allegation against the son of DK Murali MLA.
