THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The argument of Bineesh Kodiyeri that he has no stake in B Capital Company is found to be a lie. The website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs has details of Bineesh's affiliation with the company. He has a capital investment of Rs one lakh in the company. The co-owner of the company is Anaz Valiya Parambath, a native of Dharmadam.

The new information have come at a time when the narcotics control bureau are preparing to extend its probe in the drug case to Kerala. The probe is being extended to Kerala based on the statement of third accused Rijeesh Raveendran, arrested in the drug smuggling case. Rijeesh statement was that the drugs were being sold at Hyatt Hotel, where Bineesh Kodiyeri has a partnership.

The information will be a big blow for Bineesh. Anoop Muhammed’s, second accused in the drug case, close connection with Bineesh Kodiyeri were recently exposed. Bineesh had given money to Anoop two days before his arrest. Bineesh had handed over Rs 15000 to Anoop then. The Bengaluru Central Crime Branch and the Narcotics Control Bureau are also likely to question Bineesh in the incident.
