KANNUR: Youth who was under treatment in CFLTC and escaped from the sight of authorities to steal a cow, was finally held by police. Ramzan Zainuddin, a native of Kasargod who came under police net is notorious for several cases including theft and loot.

He escaped from CFLTC in Anjarakandy on January 24. From that day, police have been searching for him. However, he finally came under police net, while he was trying to steal a cow.

He had escaped from police custody before also. When he was caught last time, he was confirmed positive for Covid-19
