Kozhikode: It is clear that Bineesh Kodiyeri has links with the drug trade mafia alleged Youth League secretary P K Firoz. In 2015, Bineesh has started a money exchange firm in Bengaluru. Drug trade was carried out through foreigners in Goa. Bineesh Kodiyeri should clear that whether this firm was started for transferring the money given by foreigners. Bineesh got the licence to run this firm when BJP was ruling the country.

Enforcement directorate should find which foreign currencies were transferred through this firm. The Youth League is ready to give all evidence that it have to the ED. On 2018, April 17 a company called UAFX solutions was started. One of the owners of the company, Abdul Lateef is a Benami of Bineesh. Swapna has given testimony to the customs department that she was given commission by UAFX solutions for gold deals. One of the cars used by Bineesh belongs to Brother of Lateef. The inability of the police to probe the gold case is a challenge to society. The government should use this opportunity to cut the roots of drug lobby in the state.

UAFX has never submitted its annual reports. Youth League hasn’t dragged CPM to this issue initially but now the party’s role is clear as sunlight. Bineesh is being protected by CPM. Leaders are selling the party in order to hide the crimes done by their children, PK Firoz alleged. Bineesh’s name is found on the call list of Kokachi Midhun, one of the accused in the gold smuggling case and thus the probe ended. Youth League will submit a complaint on UAFX solutions.

The state government is trying to prevent probe agencies from Karnataka into the state. Center and state are on a Bhayi-Bhayi relationship. Youth League also doubts that the signature controversy was made by BJP in order to hide the drug trade issue, he said. All the justifications given by Bineesh has proved to be wrong.

Aneesh in his testimony has said that he started the restaurant with the help of Bineesh. Bineesh said that he hadn’t attended the night party in Kumarakom but the images posted in social media proves otherwise.
