KANNUR: The fourth accused who fled after a bomb exploded in Kathiroor has been nabbed by the police. The arrested has been identified as Aswanth, a native of Ponnyam, who stood guard for bomb-making. He is also the second accused in the attempted murder case of COT Naseer.

Three were left seriously injured after the bomb blast in Kathiroor. Dheeraj and Rameesh, natives of Mahe, were injured in the head and hand. Dheeraj was accused in the murder case of TP Chandrasekharan.

The police found that the people there tried to tamper the evidence. Steel bombs were also recovered from the spot.
