MALAPPURAM: Riya Ann Thomas, the fifth accused in the Popular Finance fraud case, was arrested by the investigation team on Thursday evening. The police team. led by Konni CI, arrested Riya from her house in Malappuram. Riya is the second daughter of Popular Finance owner Roy Daniel.
