THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The results of the Thiruvonam bumper or Kerala Onam Bumper lottery of the government have been announced. The first prize winner is ticket number TB173964 which bagged a whopping Rs 12 crore. The draw took place at Gorky Bhavan in the capital city.

The ticket sold by Vigneswara Agency at Kacherippad in Ernakulam bagged the first prize. A search has started to find the winner. The winner will take home 7 crore 56 lakh after the mandatory deductions of agency commissions and income tax. Each ticket costs Rs 300. It was a record sale this time. Even amidst COVID restrictions, 44,10000 tickets were sold. Tickets were reprinted and distributed again as the first printed tickets were sold out.

The winning amount of the ticket is the highest in the history of the state lottery department.

The second price fetches an amount of Rs one core and six will get it and the tickets are A 738408, TB 474761, TC 570941, TD 764733, TE 360719, TG 787783. The third prize winners will get an amount of Rs 10 lakh each and 12 will get it. Fourth prize winners will get Rs 5 lakh each and 12 will get it. Other prizes of 1 lakh, 5000, 3000, 2000 and 1000 are also there.
