War between India and Pakistan held only two times. If you think that just because the two armies fought each other twice they are always holding feud and rivalry with each other, then you are wrong. There are no issues between them in the absence of a war and both armies keep friendly relations. So when does the war broke out? Former army official and film director Major Ravi explains about that situation in an Interview with Kaumudy TV.

At normal times there is no enmity between India and Pakistan. Then when does the enemity starts. Orders should come from Delhi and Islamabad. Then hostilities will brew up and the background will change. This is called war. Otherwise, normal situation prevail between both armies. Why they are not firing now? According to their perpective, we are getting ready to swallow even China. Therefore, Pakistan might have decided not to needle with India. Pakistan have decided not to take further risks.
