BEKAL: Youngsters are resorting to violence if their love stories don’t turn into what they want. Love can change into revenge anytime. A youth who went to see his lover whom he met via social media turned an attacker in minutes. He and his friend reached to see her, a native of Kumbala, with lots of gifts. The youth who got attached to her seeing the profile in the social media, used to send her money occasionally.

She reached near the Bekal Fort after he wanted to see her in person. She reached there covering her whole body. When he insisted in seeing her face, she removed the cloth from her face. He was shocked to see her real face.

He asked her to return the money when he came to know that she was a woman aged 50. When she refused to give the money, he took a knife. The locals there soon informed the police. Police reached the spot and took the two to the police station. The prizes were confiscated and a case was registered under the Infectious Disease Control Act.
