THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The accused arrested by NIA in terrorist case from Thiruvananthapuram airport will be taken to Bengaluru on Tuesday. NIA has nabbed two terrorists namely Shuhaib, a Kannur native who is an accused in Bengaluru blast case and also former operative of Indian Mujahideen and Gulnawaz from Uttar Pradesh who is a fundraiser of Lashkar-e-Taiba via Hawala route. Both of them were on the run for many years.

Both of them will be taken to Bengaluru only after presenting them before the Kochi office. The terrorists who reached Thiruvananthapuram from Riyadh via an Air India Express flight were held by NIA on Monday evening. Earlier the agency has issued a red corner notice on both of them via Interpol.

NIA says that it was Shuhaib who arranged finance for the terrorist organisation. He is 32nd accused in Bengaluru blast case. Shuhaib is also known as the follower and member of the terror gang led by Kannur native and Indian Mujahideen leader Thadiyantavide Nazeer.
