THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The results of KEAM 2020 entrance examinations for engineering and pharmacy courses were announced today. 53,236 students have found a place in the rank list. Varun K S of Kottayam, Gokul Govind T K of Kannur and Niyaz Mon P of Malalppuram secured the first, second and third ranks respectively.
Akshay K Muraleedharan of Thrissur obtained the first rank in pharmacy entrance exam. Joyal James of Parappa in Kasargod and Adithya Baiju of Kollam bagged the second and third ranks respectively. The results were announced by Higher Education Minister K T Jaleel. The rank details are obtained in the entrance exam commissioner’s website www.cee.kerala.gov.in
Of those ranked in top 100 in the engineering entrance exam, 87 are boys. Among the winners, 66 accomplished in the first attempt and 34 in second attempt. The exam was held on July 16. The minister said admission procedures will start on September 29.
