THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ED took against Bineesh Kodiyeri. The case was taken under the sections of Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015. ED also sent a notice to the registration department seeking details of Bineeh’s assets.

The letter also said that his assets should not be subjected to any economic transaction without taking prior approval from ED. On September 9, ED gilled Bineesh for 11 hours.
