KOCHI: DYFI president A A Rahim has said that DYFI need not to make any opinions on the ED’s case against Bineesh Kodiyeri. He alleged that it is a political plot of RSS to sabotage the left front government in Kerala and it has the silent support of Congress.

The complaint against the state government was submitted by RSS and Congress together. Quick action was taken by the central government on the complaints of Anil Akkare MLA and UDF convenor Benny Behnan. However, in the case even after repeatedly filing plea for probe by the state government no action has been taken so far by the central government authorities. “If the centre is inquiring about all complaints then why has it not taken any action against Anil Nambiar and Union Minister V Muraleedharan,” he asked.

He also alleged that the centre is using central investigation agencies to hunt down left leaders. He also denied the vigilance claim that it has raided secretariat. “Vigilance has not conducted any raid on the secretariat in connection with the Life Mission scam. They had sent a letter asking the file concerned and an official in the department took that file to them. They are misrepresenting this event as a raid,” he said.
