THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state confirmed 8135 cases on Thursday, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said. Among the new cases, 7013 persons developed the disease through contact including 730 cases without an identified source of infection. As many as 67 had come from abroad and 218 from other states. 105 health workers tested positive for the virus today.

Meanwhile, 2828 coronavirus patients tested negative for the virus in the last 24 hours.
