PALA: Amalraj, a 21-year-old from Pala, has bagged 518 international certificates in the last 46 days using a smartphone. The youngster has already earned certificates from 18 prominent universities including Harward Medical School, University of Michigan, University of Leeds, London King's College, Murdoch University and Melbourne University. Among the 518 courses, 40 diploma courses were paid courses while others were free. He also earned 52 quiz certificates in the meantime.

Amalraj, a final year BAMS student of Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, hails from Pravithanam near Pala. Grandson of Ayurveda physician Thoppil Bhaskaran Vaidyan who had treated the likes of TK Madhavan, Amalraj now aims to enter LIMCA and Guinness book of records.

The youngster achieved this remarkable feat as he wished to study more courses during his free time. He first earned a certificate in mentally defeating COVID-19. Soon, he pursued courses in Sports medicine, Engineering, Psychology and Computer science. At present, he is doing 10 courses.
