THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vigilance on Thursday interrogated Life Mission CEO UV Jose for over 5 hours. According to sources, Jose told the Vigilance team that he was unaware of Red Crescent's contract with two institutions and later became aware of it when Unitac's plan appeared.

It was UV Jose who had signed the MoU between Red Crescent and Life Mission. Along with this, he had also communicated with Unitac through letters. Jose also informed the investigation team that Unitac made very few changes in the plan prepared by Habitat.

Meanwhile, sources claimed that Jose has given a statement against CM's former principal secretary M Sivasankar. Jose stated that Sivasankar had called him several times asking him to help Unitac. Earlier, Jose was interrogated by the CBI in connection with the Life Mission scam.
