KOTTAYAM: Mani C Kappan MLA has said that he will never leave Pala seat. He also added that not only Pala, seats which are currently held by NCP will not be given to any other party in LDF.

He said the consistuency has witnessed many changes, post-Mani’s death. “If for Mani Pala was his wife, for me Pala is my heart. People of Pala will never say that electing me was a loss to them. Pala will not get any benefit with Jose K Mani. Even our party’s national stand is not to leave Pala. No discussions have held yet on Jose K Mani’s induction. Who cares for Rajya Sabha seat,” Mani C Kappan said.

Mani C Kappan has revealed his stand on Pala earlier also when rumours started on Jose K Mani’s induction to LDF. He is still holding on that stand. Meanwhile, reports say that LDF leadership has promise 20 seats to Jose K Mani. In the talks also, Jose K Mani strongly demanded his sitting seats but there is no clarity on those issues. Sources say that he will also demand the Pala seat.
