KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has granted bail to Jolly, the accused in the Koodathayi murder case. As she has not been granted bail in other cases, she will not be released from jail. She got bail in the Annamma Thomas murder case in the series of murders. She was granted bail earlier in Sily murder case also.

The series of murders that shocked the state were unravelled after a probe was conducted on the complaint of Roy Thomas’ brother of Koodathayi Ponnamattom House. The shocking details of the murder series were exposed in a secret probe conducted against Jolly, wife of Roy Thomas, for making a fake will to grab the ancestral property. She had murdered her mother-in-law Annamma Thomas, father-in-law Tom Thomas, Annamma’s brother Mathew Manchadiyil, her second husband Shaju Zakharias’s first wife Sily and Shaju and Sily’s two-year-old daughter Alphine and her husband Roy Thomas.
